May/ Sept grid
This is the May and September grid (sheet 5). For the May picture I decided to go with the theme of May, Mother's Day! As you can see I put some balloons, flowers, a banner that said " Happy Mother's Day", a callout that said "#1 mom" and a picture of Minnie Mouse that said "Happy Mother's Day". On the bottom is September's grid. September reminds me of the color blue and going back to school so I used two shades of blue for the background. I added the moon phases for that month and days such as when fall begins. On the bottom you'll see the back of this sheet. The back is October's picture and April's grid. They're upside down because when the whole project is complete some need to be upside down so they fold correctly. For April I chose the color pink because it reminds me of spring. I also added some rain drops in the background because as you know " April showers bring May flowers". For October's picture I did the usual theme, Halloween! Check it out. Enjoy :)

Cover/Thumbnails
This is the cover and thumbnails to my calendar. For the cover I just wanted to make it nice and simple. I put a picture of calendar pages in the corner with my name. For the thumbnails , I just took all the pictures for each of the months and put them on the back! A picture of me holding my calendar is below! ENJOY! (:
This is the finished product of my calendar. I was pleased with my finished project. The only thing that I didn't really like was that the colors didn't come out exactly the same as they were shown on the computer screen. At the end we had to take a picture with our final product which is shown below. ENJOY:)
Recipe Book Cover
This is the cover I created for the recipe book project. On paint I created a picnic cloth theme for the background. I then made my own font on Paint and put it ontop of a blue rectangle so it wouldn't clash with the picnic cloth. I also made a bowl with the earth inside with a fork stuck inside, on Paint. The earth in the bowl represented international foods. To show the relationship between different countries and their foods, I took a couple different flags and filtered them through Photoshop to give them a faded look. The dedication to my recipe book is below. ENJOY:)
